Refund and cancellation terms for programs delivered by B-Systems OÜ are set out in each signed agreement. The information on this page is general guidance.
You may cancel a program subject to the cancellation clause in your agreement. Most agreements allow cancellation with prorated refund of unused fees, less any work-product handover or third-party costs already incurred.
For programs that include the Writer's Guarantee: if you do not land a technical-writing role within six months of completing the program, you may continue training at no additional cost until you do. The specific terms (eligibility, definition of "completing the program", what counts as "a technical-writing role") are set in your signed agreement.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. This right is in addition to any other refund rights set out in your agreement.
