1. Who we are

Darlo Technical Writing is operated by B-Systems OÜ, an Estonian company. Contact: b-systems.enquiries@proton.me.

2. What we collect

From the contact form on this site:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your background / current role (optional)
• A description of what kind of technical writing you want to do (free text)
• Your IP address and browser at submission time (for spam protection and audit)

We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not run third-party analytics on this site.

3. How we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, to discuss possible training or programs, and to maintain a record of our correspondence. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

4. Where it's stored

Your enquiry is stored in our own customer-relationship system, hosted on sovereign infrastructure in Estonia. Backups remain within the same jurisdiction.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months from last contact. After that they are deleted unless retention is required for an active program, or unless you have asked us to keep them longer.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

• Access. Email us with your address; we'll send the data we hold about you.
• Correction. Email us with the correction; we'll apply it.
• Deletion. Email us asking for deletion; we'll delete (or anonymise where deletion conflicts with legitimate engagement records).
• Portability. Email us; we'll send your data in a portable format.

7. Spam protection

The contact form uses a server-side captcha (no third-party JavaScript). Submissions that fail are rejected before any data is recorded.
